We needed to develop a streamlined 3D production pipeline that could deliver a high-quality animated spot with a distinctive visual style in under one month. The system needed to be replicable for five additional spots while maintaining consistency and efficiency with a small team.

Drawing from my video game development experience, I designed an optimized character creation system that integrated painting, rigging, and animation workflows. By implementing real-time character rendering, we eliminated playblast rendering delays, enabling immediate client feedback during daily reviews. The project’s success was recognized with a Promax BDA Award for Best On-Air Illustration in Los Angeles.
