By streamlining the background and layout process, we dedicated more time to perfecting character animation, ensuring the contours matched our stylistic goals. This project marked our first implementation of limited animation per render pass, isolating and compositing only the necessary frames for each character, creating the feel of traditional animation while leveraging 3D techniques.
