Disable Caddy Controls (Global Fix \u2013 Recommended)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n

This restores the classic dialog boxes<\/strong> for Chamfer, Bevel, Inset, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Customize \u2192 Preferences<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the General<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find Caddy Controls<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Uncheck<\/strong>: \u2705 Use Caddy Controls<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click OK<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Restart 3ds Max (important)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After restarting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
